Systems AnalysisThis is the main page for SECTION 8----Systems Analysis and Design
System Analysis
System analysis is the way paper based systems turn into new computerized systems. The system that we are talking about, are the systems that makes the organization or business work.Often systems analysts are employed by organizations of businesses to help them improve their systems and so become more efficient, and for businesses, more profitable.

A system analysis would usually occur in this order:

Analysis

Examining out how the present system works and identifying problems with it

Design

Coming up with a new system that will fix the present systems problems

Development and testing

Creating the new system from the design.
Checking if the newly created system works as expected

Implementation

Replacing the present system with the new system

Documentation

Creating documents that describe how to use the new systems, and how it works

Evaluation and review
